This quality assurance policy outlines the commitment of Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Training Consultants LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as `ohset`) to ensure that ongoing quality improvement is an integral part of our company and critical for achieving the targets and objectives stated in company`s HSE Policy.

 

Ohset will aim to continually improve the quality of all aspects of its work, including marketing, training delivery and assessments, and is determined to help learners achieve the highest possible standards.

 

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure continuous improvement through self-evaluation and action planning, internal auditing and, where necessary, through consultation with third parties.

 

Ohset aims, with this policy, to meet and exceed the requirements placed upon ohset by the accreditation bodies.

 

This Policy will apply all employees, partners, and consultants. The management of the process will be through the existing organisational structure. General Partner and the Head of Training of the company will initiate assessment procedures and develop self – assessment reports and action plans.

 

The quality assurance process will consist of regular self-evaluation by tutors and those in charge of training marketing, internal & external audits and observations, in addition to client feedback.

 

Ohset will seek the views and perceptions of those for whom the services are provided, learners being the primary source of feedback, via questionnaires and surveys.

 

Responsibility for Implementation


·       All staff (general partner, tutors, assessors and support staff) are responsible for the implementation of this Policy.

·       It is the responsibility of Head of Training and General Partner of the company to identify quality standards, criteria and performance indicators against which performance can be measured after mutual agreement with all staff.

·       It is the responsibility of General Partner of the company to ensure that this policy is reviewed annually.

·       It is the responsibility of all to engage positively in that review and ensure implementation.

 

 

Procedure


·       The process of quality control requires all staff to communicate formally on a regular basis to review their work, set standards and monitor the perceptions clients and learners and the achievements.

·       Control of the quality of the services provided will be carried out against criteria incorporating performance indicators, and a statistical performance data will be produced.

·       During the review of this policy, an analysis of the perception of learners and clients will be consulted to.

·       Where discrepancies, evidence of malpractice or maladministration are found, the root causes will be investigated and corrective actions will be incorporated in action plans and then implemented.

 

With the above mentioned processes, it will be possible to


-        assess the efficiency of current self – evaluation processes

-        develop a suitable action plan to further strengthen the service quality

-        see the areas where concentration is needed for improvement

-        gain information supporting the business planning

-        improve compliance with the requirements set by accreditation bodies.

 

The feedback gained through the review process will be documented, necessary changes will be incorporated into the policy for implementation, and the feedback will be communicated to all involved in ohset activities.
