Occupational Health,
Safety & Environment Training Consultants LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as
`ohset`) is dedicated to providing a quality service at all times
to all of its customers (learners) and committed
to dealing with all formal complaints in a fair and timely manner.
With
regards to internationally accredited courses, any person not satisfied with ohset`s
services can make a complain about the examination and / or assignment result
and must do so by sending an email to info@ohsetraining.com
within 14 days of the matter arising. Ohset, upon
receiving the formal complaint email, will respond to the person making the
complaint within 48 business hours stating that the complaint has
been received and it is under investigation.
Complaints must be
supported by background information to substantiate the complaint. This
background information can be attached to the email and must include at least.

of the consequences resulting from the issue and the remedy being sought
The findings of the
investigation will be shared with the student in writing within 14
working days following the receipt of the complaint. The collected
information will be used only for the purposes of the investigation and for
ensuring improvements are made for future matters.
Appeals
All NEBOSH students can
appeal directly to NEBOSH should they not be satisfied with the outcome of the
course provider by emailing info@nebosh.org.uk .
